Performance statistics relating to the availability and speed of OPMS are items of information all subscribers within the OPMS community would love to know. Intracore understands this and have once again – gone the extra mile.
Logging systems have now been put in place to constantly regulate the following statistics.
- Response time
- Overall Availability
By having these statistics, our subscribers can now determine at any given time if OPMS is running slower than usual or is currently experiencing any downtime. This is great as it empowers our subscribers to have access to this crucial information 24/7 regardless of the day or time.
To ensure the accuracy of the information being provided, our development team have configured the logging systems to perform updates every 5 seconds! This means if OPMS is experiencing downtime, our entire community can determine this within seconds. This is also a great way to determine if OPMS is slow or a local matter is slowing down your experience. Simply take a look at the monitor and you can quickly determine on which side the complication lies.
Accessing this information can all be done in a matter of a few clicks. Simply navigate to our help centre and click ‘OPMS Performance’ to the right of the screen. A pop-up should immediately appear displaying the visual statistics.
